Qi Hour keeps your health data on your iPhone. There is no account, no tracking and nothing to sign in to.

The iPhone app
Apple Health
When you connect Apple Health, Qi Hour reads, and never writes, the kinds of data you allow:
- sleep, steps or wheelchair pushes, exercise minutes, workouts, time in daylight and mindful minutes;
- only if you turn them on in the app: resting heart rate, heart rate variability, breathing rate and wrist temperature while you sleep; drinks, caffeine, water and meal times you log; State of Mind entries; and cycle days.
Qi Hour uses this data only to show your day on the organ clock. It is read on your iPhone each time the app needs it and is never sent anywhere. You can change what Qi Hour may read at any time in Settings, Apps, Health, Data Access & Devices, Qi Hour.
What stays on your iPhone
Your settings, your answers on the reading card and the readings you mark as "This doesn't feel right" are kept in the app's own storage on your iPhone. Qi Hour's widgets see only the figure you chose and, if you turn on "Show my reading on widgets", one organ's word for today. Reminders and hints are scheduled on your iPhone; nothing is sent to a server to make them.
Nothing collected
Qi Hour has no account and no server of its own. It does not collect, sell or share any data. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party code that sees your data. The App Store privacy label for Qi Hour is "Data Not Collected".
Deleting
"Delete my readings" in the You tab clears everything Qi Hour has kept. Deleting the app removes it all. Your Apple Health data stays in Apple Health, under your control.
Children
When the age group is set to under 13, Qi Hour does not ask for Apple Health and shows the organ clock only.
Wellness, not medicine
Qi Hour describes your day in the language of the traditional organ clock. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent anything.
